    Absoloute Strap Stretch Marks?

My strap has developed a series of stretch marks at the ends of the strap, where the strap pulls on the end stitching and looks like it is pulling loose some of the strap material. The foam has also disintegrated around the end stitching. Am I at risk of catastrophic failure while running to catch a flight someday? Anyone else have this happen?

I had something very similar to this happen to one of my absolute straps and the TB customer service replaced it no questions asked after I sent pictures in. I would reach out to them, thinking this is a defect.

Yikes! Send an email to [email protected] -- that's definitely not right, so let us make it right.
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)
