    Stuck Zipper

I stupidly got the zipper of my Pilot stuck on my 3-2-1 bag so the plastic has gotten inside the zipper pull. It won't move.
I've been working on it with tweezers but i think it's in too deep.

Any ideas of what I can do to free the zipper?

Just wanted to send some encouragement your way.

Once I posted a photo on here of getting the snap hook of my mini q-kit stuck on the zipper of same. Just yesterday I got a 16" Halcyon key strap stuck under the zipper of my Side Effect. Keep finessing it back and forth, you might just work it loose. Good luck!

        Ouch! I'm so sorry!

I don't know if this is the right advice, but my instinct says to just pull through the plastic. Once the zipper unzips, it will be free of the plastic.

Again, just my instinct. To be safe, you can reach out to the fine folks at TOM BIHN -- +1-206-652-4123 / +1-800-729-9607.

        Good luck!

Thanks...I spoke to the folks at TB and they suggested the tweezers and trying to work it out. If not I might have to send it back for repair. That will be tough since I'm traveling and won't be have in the USA for any length of time until either this fall or early next year.

          What would a hairdryer do?

It may make the plastic more malleable and easier to work out of the zipper.
