Hip Belt - Brain Bag vs Shadow Guide

I was looking at the padded hip belts for the new Shadow Guides and comparing to the one for the Brain Bag and couldn't determine what the difference was since they're both padded, same size, and attach by 1.5" Gatekeepers... so I shot an email off to the fine folks in Customer Service

Per MikeV : "Those two belts do have the same attachment and could be used on either bag but they are a different shape. The Brain Bag belt is a skinnier belt (meaning not as tall on the hips when you're wearing it) than the SG belt. The Shadow Guide belt is the same shape as the Guide's Pack belt. The BB belt is closer in shape to the 1" Padded Belt for Synapses/Syniks but not the exact same."
I like all the blues and greys...and all the happy citrus colours too! My search unicorn is the Sapphire Dyneema original Small Shop Bag...
