Check out this Thread Maverick A tool for changing straps on the Super Ego

I myself have taken to using a wooden ruler to slide up the Velcro side of the strip. I use to pull the fabric side up and flip it over; but felt the ruler worked better for me. I can get [it] in there just like it came from the factory!
Using a: Super Ego (Black, Steel, Wasabi) with seat belt strip (Wasabi), and alternate reflective Strip. Black BrainCell, Wasabi Snake Charmer, Cork Small Organizer Pouch, and Olive green medium organizer pouch.

Maverick, I have literally put on and taken off hundreds of ego and super ego strips.

The easiest way I have found to put them on is to slide the strip in upside down so the velcro side is up.I usually pull it up so the stitching on the strip is covered up by the last loop on the bottom and I have a decent portion to tuck into the top section.

Taking it off is really pretty simple but can be tricky.
Start at the top of course, just go slowly and peel it away section by section.
So peel away a section and then pull it through the loop and then repeat until it is off. It is pretty much impossible to just pull it off all at once.

With a little practice it becomes pretty easy, I know when i first started it was tricky for a few days.Be careful and try it a couple times, and you will get it down.

i fold my strips in half long ways, so the velcro on the strip is touching itself. slide it up, let go and done.
