I really appreciate the one bag travel that my Western Flyer and TriStar bags and their thoughtful features make possible. I know the backpack straps in the Western Flyer and TriStar are not designed to be removed. But some of us just can't see ourselves using the bags that way. Has anyone cut them out for that "little extra space"? Any thoughts or problems in doing that?
