Someone in my exercise class has been considering buying a Brain Bag so she can carry two computers, but she was intimidated by the pictures showing it fully packed (she's about five foot five and slight), so I wore it in today to show her how it looks empty with the compression straps cinched. She was wowed by my magic trick when I opened the buckles, unzipped a compartment, and pulled out the Synapse.
What we discovered: The BB is more comfortable to wear with the shoulder straps lengthened so the waist belt becomes a hip belt. The extra width of the waist belt (compared to the Smart Alec and Synapse) helps.
It turns out that her two computers are netbooks, which I think should both fit in the Synapse—does anybody have experience with this?
