    About the strap getting twisted on the cafe bag

    Hi. I own a beautiful, new indigo medium cafe bag. I bought the ultrasuede shoulder strap pad to go with it. Despite my best efforts, the strap gets twisted inside the optional shoulder strap pad.

    Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
