I've never tried a frame sheet in the BB, probably because I usually only use the BB for weird work trips by car where I'm carrying two laptops and lots of work stuff to cart around a factory, so the bag is very full and fairly rigid.

I also have a BB completely packed out as my main apartment 72hr/emergency/Bug Out Bag, with a Shadow Guide hip belt. It's probably not as rigid a load, but since it mostly just sits around as insurance, I haven't really carried it much.

Even though I have single bagged, usually I don't need to and prefer two separate bags (as much for the convenience and flexibility as for the space).

    “Sir?”
“It seems that you have managed to retain this even though you are authority.”
    “Sir?”
    “That’s practically zen.”
