Ristretto for 11 inch Macbook Air Question

I currently have an original Ristretto and am using it for my recently acquired 11 inch Macbook Air. Not surprisingly the laptop compartment is a bit large for this particular device. It seems to be adequately protected but I would feel better if it did not "rattle" around so much in the larger space.

For those who have the Ristretto for the 11 in Macbook Air: is there enough room for letter size files/papers, regular magazines, etc? For my work I do need a bag which is big enough for those items. (I could use my ID or Synapse and do on occasion, but I currently prefer the Ristretto.)

Just got mine yesterday - really like it so far.

I wish it was a little wider as it's a snug fit for my extra file folder. Magazines or folders in the back - but both are a little tight.
