What's your favorite pouch for computer assesories?

I use - and highly recommend - the Snake Charmer. It is large, but I find that's an advantage. I use both sides and store it in the bottom of the front pocket of the Brain Bag. Fits nicely in the bottom and does not really deform or flop at all. Here's what I carry in it:
Side 1: Dell travel power adapter, power cord, wrapped Ethernet cable, 3G PCMCIA card
Side 2: 2 long USB cables (mini and micro), headphones extender cable, short mini USB cable, RSA hard token USB fob, USB to headphone/mike adapter, Microsoft webcam

The Snake Charmer is really not stuffed *at all*, and so the sides compress naturally, which means it takes up less space. The sides are soft, you can see through the mesh, it's pretty easy to find stuff in there, and it's all in one organized bag. I can see the benefits of separate bags as well as the color-coding, but for me it makes sense to reach into my bag, grab out the Snake Charmer and head off to a conference room. I'll have everything with me in one case. It's amazing how "loose" the Snake Charmer is with all this in there, it's not stressed or over-packed in any way.

If you want one bag, Snake Charmer is a great way to go.

I'll try to take photos next week. For a variety of reasons (e.g., day trips vs longer trips) i have to juggle taking different electronics or leaving them behind. Pouches are a great way to organize these things: it's much easier to take a pouch or two than having to pull all the cables, adapters, etc. out of various compartments.

I use multiple pouches for electronic accessories, since it gives me greater flexibility when moving things between bags (I only take the pouches I need). I use the flat pouches, both clear and solid, because they fit well in inner pockets. I use a medium pouch for a random collection of things: chargers/cables for Bluetooth headset and cellphone, Shure in-ear phones in case, USB sticks (in a mini), and Bluetooth headset (in a mini). I use a small pouch for everything iPhone related: charger and cable, ear buds, car adapter, 3G Juice battery and cable. I use a medium pouch for iPad related things: charger and cable, cleaning cloth, VGA adapter, and camera kit. And finally, another medium pouch for MacBook Air: charger and cable, Ethernet adapter, retractable Ethernet cable, and VGA adapter.

When I use the Ristretto for iPad, I typically have the iPhone and iPad pouches, while when I use the Imago I have the iPhone, iPad, and MBA pouches. The random electronics pouch usually goes into the Western Flyer. The pouches are color coded: the iPhone and iPad pouches are both Wasabi, the MBA pouch is Ultraviolet, the random electronics is Olive, and the two minis are Navy.

I like the flat organizer pouches--they take up little space, and are great for earbugs, USBs, hard drives and most anything. For cables and chargers that need more three dimensional space, I have found the 3D organizer pouch to be the best: takes up less space than the Snake Charmer or Kit and holds everything I need. I prefer clear pouches--cos I can tell what is in it, and more important, so can security folk! I love the pouches. They are the best --and you can hang several of the flat ones from various O-rings.

I was able to use my new steel/solar Tri-Star this week on a four day business trip to Chicago. It worked well, but I will need to make some changes to the way I pack. I ordered some clear pouches, but they arrived the day after I left. I think they would have helped organize the bag. I used a quarter cube to store my adapters, cords, and other electronics accessories. I think this would probably hold true with the Synapse also, but it would be helpful to use pouches as they have a flatter profile and store the items more side by side rather than on top of each other. Also, this may help when going through security as it lays out the electronics gears so it's not as much of a jumbled, dense mass. I also have the strapeez to keep the cords from tangling.

I love the small Dyneema pouch for my iPhone/iPad plugs and cables. It easily holds the ac adapter, cable and car charger. I also use a mini Dyneema pouch for my earbuds. I carry them in a Stuff Sack in my Small Swift and always know where to find them.

I have a Pouch set up for my most used items which I transfer from one Cafe Bag to another. Finding my things is now the automatic process I have wanted for a very very long time.

I feel the need to be prepared and have always used some kind of little bags and pouches inside my purses.

But, it was only after the discovery of Tom Bihn Pouches collection that I was able to organize my Cafe and Brain Bags in the most efficient way.

Efficient means I can unpack the whole Cafe or Brain Bags in 10 minutes or less.
The Small Cafe Bag taking the less time and the Brain Bag the most.

I am also delighted to be able to color code, as it is the way my brain works the best.

I picked up a medium solar dyneema pouch today, along with some other accessories, and it now holds my chargers and cables for my iPad, MacBook Air, iPhone, and Bluetooth headsets. Some folks like clear pouches, but I prefer all fabric pouches, using color coding to identify contents. Works well for my Checkpoint Flyer, Tri-Star, and Ristretto.

So I have recently realized I am a Tom Bihn bag addict. I just recently added a Indigo Synapse to my collection with the clear organizer wallet. Honestly this has to be the best backpack I have ever owned. I used it on a recent trip and cant believe how much stuff you can cram in it. Great organization.

Well on a side note I realized I am a few organizer pouches short of feeling happy with my organization. (sounds crazy right?) Specifically when I travel I usually throw in my Apple power cords, travel adapters, Ipad/Iphone charger, ethernet cable. I have been eyeing the snake charmer but seems a bit big perhaps for my needs. Anyone use the clear quarter cube instead?

I would like something that could easily go from the empire builder to the synapse to perhaps a co-pilot (thinking future purchase here eyeing the steel iberian or steel ultraviolet with lots of lust).
