Size 6Z Horizontal Cache for 13" Macbook Pro -- loose fit, is this normal?

I just received my new size 6Z horizontal Cache for my Macbook Pro (I have the latest version that just came out earlier this year). I guess the fit is a little looser than what I was expecting. Horizontally it is a little loose and vertically it is almost an inch taller than my laptop. If I hold it by the sides and tip it upside down it slips out with one good shake. I know I won't be holding it upside down in normal use, but I am concerned if someone such as a TSA screener grabs it and inadvertently holds it the wrong way.

Is this normal or is the Cache I received a little on the large side?

I have a 6Z cache for my 13" MBP and it fits well, the laptop slides in easily but it is not loose in there. With the top flap tucked in, it is snug on all four sides.

Hopefully the photos show the fit mine has. If yours is looser, check the tag. Make sure you didn't get a larger one accidentally.

Mine does look like yours and it is labeled as 6Z so it must be normal...I was just expecting a slightly different fit. I still really like the cache and am keeping it--it has better protection than a neoprene sleeve, no scratchy zipper or loud velcro, and no chemical smell.
