Duffel bags are truly universal bags for use as gym bags, backpacking, camping and so on

Perhaps unconventionally, I use a Moveable Feast as a gym bag - it fits: weights room gear, pool gear, during and after food, towel, drinks bottle, and all the sundry stuff that I might need. Everything is easy to access and the bag itself is locker shaped.

I've tried lots of different bags over the years, but this is the one that has worked best.

Most of my bags have taken a turn as a gym bag because I like to get my money's worth out of them. I've tried it with the S19, S25, SSB, NFTD, and Pilot. The backpacks and the NFTD worked the best for carrying the most gear, with the S25 being the only one that could hold my shoes. The SSB was great for group fitness classes when I only needed to carry a water bottle, towel, wallet, and keys.

I use the DLBP for a gym bag, it can easily hold what I need, it is also easy/light to carry.

    Hi,

I have a Yeoman duffel and it works great! I use an Aeronaut 45 side bag for shoes and a stuff sack (which is water-proof) to keep my wet clothes in.

Grab a few strap and some bags for accessories, shoes and wet stuff.

    Good luck!

I specifically use a aeronaut packing cube because there's a separate compartment for my shoes.

I use one from another manufacturer, but would LOVE a Bihn gym bag, one with a separate compartment for damp clothes post workout.

I use an Aeronaut as a gym bag all the time when I play basketball. Works pretty well. Room for shoes and a ball in the main compartment, and food, water, keys, phone and other small stuff in the side pockets and compartments. Since I don't travel that much, this is the only way I actually get to use my Aeronaut, haha.

    Gym Bag

So, I might be in the market for a gym bag. Seeing as I'm a TB junkie, I figured I'd ask here. Has anyone used a Tom Bihn bag as a gym bag? I'm thinking of using my Smart Alec, as it's not gotten much use since I got my smaller laptop and my Buzz, but I surely wouldn't be torn up if I had an excuse to get a new fix--er, I mean a new bag.
