Does a Breve fit inside Ristretto 11"?

I have an iPad2 and a MacBook Air 11". I want to get a Breve for the iPad, but I was wondering if it would fit in the Ristretto for MBA 11" if the MBA was in the padded compartment. The pictures show a naked Kindle, but I know the Breve adds some thickness.

I sometimes carry the iPad by itself, and sometimes the MBA, but occasionally I'd like to take both in one bag, ideally with enough remaining space for cables, wallets, etc.

    Has anybody tried this?

Being the weekend, and probably one of the last pleasant one in the northern hemisphere, where the trees are in fall colors and one the first nice Spring weekend in the sourhern hemisphere, many in North America and Australia are probably getting their beauty sleep to get outdoor early.

In addition, many Tom Bihn Bags users practice the Marsupial technique of bags within bags, many do not.

I do not own a Breve nor a Ristretto 11", but if you own the Ristretto 11" measure the inside of the bag and check against the outer dimensions of the Breve.

Alternatively, you could wait until Monday and ask somebody at Tom Bihn to check if and most important how a Breve fits inside the Ristretto 11".

I don't recommend it. It will fit if the shoulder strap on the Breve is removed but is rather snug. A Cache will be a more convenient method of protecting the iPad inside of the Ristretto for Air 11". Removing the shoulder strap and adding the shoulder strap to the Breve whenever you need to use it or put it in the Ristretto may get old quickly. Additionally you will need to remove the Breve whenever you need to remove the iPad.

        I hope this helps!
