If it's going to the beach, it's going without me. I know most people like to go there for vacation. Not me....I prefer to explore.Editor--One Bag, One World: News, Reviews & Community for Light Travelers.

To ease the crease, use it to store your soft (nothing with zipper or drawstring with hard pull) out of season clothes, tightly packed, leave it in its shipping box and don't remove the tag.
Wait for a couple of days, it should be gone, if there is still a trace of the crease, wait a week. After that, contact the lovelies at Tom Bihn Inc.
My guess is that after reading that post on Monday, the above lovelies are going to post here, email you or both with a much better solution.

Hmm.. I agree, it should work itself out. Backpack also had some wonderful ideas.
However, it shouldn't be that creased to begin with. Can you send me an email with your order number?http://www.tombihn.com

I don't think it left the factory creased, but, after 7 days of being in a box, the crease probably appeared. Of course, I may be wrong.
But I'll send you an email with my order number.Editor--One Bag, One World: News, Reviews & Community for Light Travelers.

I've used backpack's suggestion before with my Mom's Aeronaut that somehow got a slight crease (purely from too much other stuff piled up on it), but folded up a comforter to fill out the bag and set it out on the patio in the afternoon sun. You pack it and it should be fine. Good luck.Karl

A question....since the crease is on the flap both outside and in, wouldn't it make more sense to stuff the mesh pocket on the lid rather than the entire bag? By stuffing the lid, I have a better chance of actually stretching the crease.Editor--One Bag, One World: News, Reviews & Community for Light Travelers.

I have the lid open and hanging down as one would say then getting things in and out of the bag. The lid is not zippered up.
After a few hours, no difference.
My other thoughts are:
1) A wrinkle release spray
2) A clothes steamer
3) wetting the crease slightly and using a portable hairdryer.
I'm just not sure how the ballistic nylon will react. (And I should know this.)Last edited by Frank II; 12-14-2011, 08:55 AM.Editor--One Bag, One World: News, Reviews & Community for Light Travelers.

Can't remember what my bag looked like when I pulled it out of the box, and I really don't store it empty. I have it stuffed with all of my TB-dedicated cubes & organizers, along with a few other travel things I use every time. But it really looks to me as though this is the natural behavior of semi-structured nylon kind of collapsing on itself. It seems to me that a more important test would be to find out what it looks like when the bag is packed. If you have a crease that stays in place when the bag is full, it would seem to be more a sewing defect.YonkDaddy!
