Bose noise canceling headphones - carry options

Is anyone using the Bose noise canceling headphones and carrying them in a Bihn bag/pouch? I have the 15s and find the OEM case to be too heavy and bulky. Anyone using something from Bihn? I do use the packing cube shoulder bag as my seat bag but want to place the headphones inside something else also.

The practical hacks guy does say in the comments in the linked post that he is careful how he positions the quarter cube when he carries them in it. Perhaps wrap them in a scarf or something too ...

I was lucky enough to receive Bose noise cancelling earbuds for christmas - they are awesome!

They also fit perfectly in a snake charmer. I have put mine on one side. Because of the mesh, they also breathe and dry out after wearing them.

I like the idea of using the 2-sided bags like the clear quarter packing cube and snake charmer. I could put the headphones on one side and other wires/chargers/adapters/batteries etc., on the other side. I think the snake charmer also fits perfectly in the bottom pocket of the synapse 25. My 25 is due on Wednesday. I'll need to decide between the snake charmer and clear quarter packing cube. Thanks for the help.

FWIW, I use the QC15 for work and would recommend keeping them in the supplied case. It has a built in rise where the cup are so the pads sit uncompressed.

A few co-workers also thought that the case was too heavy/big so they squeezed them into soft pouches.

Unfortunately after a while the pads lose their elasticity and along with that a bit of their comfort. And by after a while, I'm talking about a year of use.

Again, YMMV, but I'd recommend to keep them in the case. But if space is important, you can always buy new pads!

oh, silly me. I tried them in the clear quarter packing cube with the case on.... Probably, because I could not imagine storing them without the case. I think they are too fragile for that and I would be scared that I would brake them.

I think the case is big, I carry them in my co-pilot ( which is my seat bag), but there is still enough room in the bag.
