Does anyone know if there are plans for this? I still think the Brain Bag is the best looking one, but I can't justify that weight...

Brain Bag in Dyneema?

hi jelt2359!
i don't know about plans for making a brain bag in dyneema fabric, but the parapack fabric is fairly light weight. also, looking at the weights for the parapack and dyneema options of both the synapse 19 and synapse 25, there is only a one ounce difference between the two (just as there is only a one ounce difference in the weight of the brain bag in cordura and parapack). given the small differences in weight, i would suggest you go with the one that most resonates with you.-m

Mmm, you're right. The dyneema vs ballistic weights of the synapse 19 that I have had a more pronounced (in % terms) difference, though.
Anyway I love the feel of my navy parapack synapse 25. May just stick with it as my daily backpack for now, at least until I get an excuse to buy an olive one. Was on the fence between the two, but the Iberian lining on my navy won the day.
Side note, the synapse 25 feels just nice as a hand carry backpack. The 19 was always struggling to store my ipad, laptop, MP3 player + amp. Forget about a book for take off and landing. Now though it all fits fine!
