Seam binding staining Clear 3D Organizer?

I have been using my clear 3D organizer for about two weeks now, and today after getting home after the gym I noticed that the binding that is used over the interior seams has started to bleed into the dyneema--even the white threads that are difficult to dye. I use the organizer in my Aeronaut Backpack Packing Cube (which is an awesome gym bag, btw), and I use organic, sulfate-free soaps. I tried cleaning the bag with a mild detergent and the stains became a bit lighter, but are definitely still problematic.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? I have attached some photos for reference. Thanks in advance!

Haven't seem this before, but the use of Dyneema for the clear and all-fabric 3D organizer cubes is fairly recent

To me it looks more like staining from mold rather than bleeding from the binding tape. It might be worth a try to scrub it with lemon juice and salt or Oxiclean detergent. Just follow manufacturers instructions, test in an inconspicuous area, rinse well and dry in the sun.

It is definitely not mold. It appeared quite suddenly, and is only around the rim-the dye is clearly bleeding from seam.

Wow, very strange -- as soon as we saw this, we tested our binding in water to see if we could replicate any bleeding. The results? No bleeding. And we've never heard of this happening before.
