Okay, as promised, I did a test pack and I think it's doable. I operated under the assumption you'd have your documents and money belt on you, so I didn't include those items. I noted where I had to substitute something.

    Clothes (from top left):
Onitsuka Tigers, size 41 (I wasn't sure what you meant by sandals so I just packed shoes); 3 pairs of boxer briefs (American Eagle because the Ex Officios were in the wash); 2 pairs black no-show socks; white Adidas gym shorts; Patagonia cargo shorts; blue striped twill shorts (I didn't have other cargos--sorry); baseball hat; two regular cotton t-shirts.

    Electronics:
iPhone; camera/charger (I didn't have a p&s handy so I put a bunch of camera-sized stuff in a Size 1 Stuff Sack); earbuds; phone charger.

    Toiletries:
First aid kit in TB Small Double OP; sinus irrigator (in place of nasal spray); eye drops; floss; glasses in case; toothbrush; contact solution (4 oz is what I had).

    Misc.:
Box of contacts and case; 5 pens 😉; a Size 2 Stuff Sack filled with things I hoped would approximate a deflated travel pillow in size and weight; sunglasses in case.

I put all the clothes in this Nordic WF/TS PCBP. I put the cargo/twill shorts at the bottom with the waistbands facing opposite ends. I rolled everything else and put the gym shorts and one end, the shirts at the other, and filled in the space with boxers and socks. The hat got thrown on top.

Here's what the TS looked like when it was totally loaded:

The shoes made the front bulge a tiny bit but that was it. If you look at the second picture, you can even see where the fabric is buckling inwards rather than outwards. It felt fine carried by hand. I was feeling kind of lazy and didn't heft it around with the absolute strap or backpack straps, but it would have felt like nothing since it was so light in my hand. I really think that your clothes, since they're probably smaller and definitely lighter than mine (because they're all technical fabric), will pack even flatter and feel much lighter.

So in all, I used 4 TB items: TS, PCBP, Size 2 SS, and 3D Clear OP. I think that it would probably be annoying to work out of a tightly packed SS on a flight, so I would consider packing the 311, phone, camera, pens, pillow, and earbuds into a small TS cube or PCSB (I don't own either item, sorry). You could then send the TS through security and easily pull the 311 from the PCSB, and it would be less of a pain to get stuff out of when you were on the plane.

        Hope this helps!

Hey Badger, thanks so much this is extremely helpful. The pics are great and definitely gives me a better idea about what you were talking about in your previous posts. LOL, you use the same brand of contact lens, solution and floss that I do. I'm jealous of your dyneema TS, I misspoke before I have a steel 1050d ballistic TS not the Dyneema version. If I had it to do over again I would get the steel dyneema/wasabi TS. I love my TS but I do think about the steel dyneema version once in a while. Too bad they got rid of the 400d steel dyneema. Maybe they will bring it back if enough people ask for it. Actually, that would be horrible for my wallet. Thanks again!!
