A slightly larger Side Kick, and as the Night Flight Travel Duffel is no longer available (very sorry to see that retired) a Road Buddy of slightly smaller proportions, perhaps 24 or 25L. The NFTD was 20L and a bit too small in some instances but nevertheless a very practical bag for lots of different activities.

The NFTD back for a pre-order, but with the aeronaut zip feature between the main compartment and ends... or as @KAB mentioned, a small Road Buddy for when the mini Yeoman is a little too basic...

Still pinning for a 24-26L backpack for short people...max ~18" high (the S25 is too tall) and more like a single chamber Brain Bag w/the pockets vs the SA/SG top load...

Sigh...pre-order run of the original Small Shop Bag in 210 ballistics

New halcyon 400d colours, since original (white grid) black and (dark grid) nordic are going away...

Cafe bags that zip closed, and do not have a flap.

*Freudian Slip for DLBC split pocket, could also work for Luminary side pocket - Pen pocket for quick access and removable for more FS organization
*Pen Loop on Med DOP - for front slash pocket of DLBC for quick access pen
*Cubelet with a front clear panel (maybe back too)
*Paper Cache - a computer cache with solid sheet in place of foam protection
*XL Yeoman Duffel - Sized to match/max airline 62 inch L+W+H dimensions, ~100L
*XL Shop Bag - most commercial reusable grocery bags are larger than LSB and there must be a reason for that, XL shop bag would fit many uses ~32-35L?
*Tom Bihn produce bags - grocery necessity with TB quality
*Luminary 22 - the simplicity of the Luminary with capacity for typical one bag travel, the "simple synapse" if you will, the integrated laptop compartment would excel
*TB product listing by size in simple, non-overloaded list for new people to understand what products are - list ProductName/Type(flat organizer, 3d organizer, duffel, backpack, etc)/Dimensions

An 18L Pilot, it would become my long weekend, and ultra minimal travel bag. But then again, I still use the current pilot for weekend trips. The 22L RBD mentioned about might do the trick too.

Maybe also some more bags that have the coyote zippers and trim.

Putting my pre-order in for the 22L road buddy today.

That would seriously be a great bag, squeezable to airline personal item dimensions, great for gym gear, camera stuff, etc.

a re-engineered NFTD with zipping interior walls would be perfect too, and I imagine they already have the pattern for that bag!

    A new Smart Alec with:
-internal frame like on S19, S25
-UMP that also has attachment points for a shoulder strap
-LMP that has attachment points for a shoulder strap

And/or, a reverse-engineered Side Kick and Travel Cubelet XL in a slightly different shape with multiple webbing loops down the sides to be UMP/LMP attachment points.

Also, gatekeeper webbing loops on Cubelets and Travel Cubelets would be good too. I really just want to gatekeeper clip several bags together I guess.

Also, yes to a limited edition pink Halcyon! I would have to buy all the bags.

Have you tried the Flip & Tumble produce bags? They're light and I haven't had any issues with them at all. Love their grocery bags too - I've had the same ones for 10 years.
