Color list per bag?

Is there anywhere a catalog of every color combo that existed for each bag? Went through all 38 pages of https://forums.tombihn.com/general-b...w-designs.html and I know some recent color combo weren't there when I did "find". I'd love to know what colors/fabrics a bag came in to know whether I'm looking for a real unicorn or one that never existed (ex: I SWEAR I've seen pictures of PCSBs in halycons other than Nordic, Black, Original, and Northwest Sky, but couldn't find any other colors on that page).

I'm not aware of such a list, but it would be handy sometimes! As it is, when I'm wondering about a particular combination in a particular bag I use a combination of Google search and asking the TB Hivemind here and in the Ravelry forum. @moriond in particular has an amazing ability to answer that kind of question. (When she does answer that kind of question she often points out that one can search the New Bags and Colors Ready to Order thread, but it sounds like you've already done that! It's not the same thread as the one you linked, but it does currently have 38 pages. In any case, that thread only goes back to mid-2015 so it doesn't answer questions about older bags.)

As far as Halcyon PCSBs go: I'm personally aware of Iberian, Zest, Monarch, Sitka, Fjord, Island, Wasabi, Ultraviolet, Northwest Sky, Steel, gray grid Black Halcyon, and gray grid Nordic Halcyon. Of those, Iberian, Island, Wasabi, UV, and NWS will be easiest to find; all the others are either much older, limited production runs, or both.

Oh, this post from @Lani shows a Solar PCSB in front of ones in Sitka, Monarch, and Fjord and this post from @Ilkyway shows PCSBs that I recognize as Wasabi, Zest, Iberian, NWS, Original or Steel, UV, a dark blue Halcyon that I'm not sure about (is it Original Nordic?), Fjord, and Island.

The PCSB definitely came in original (white grid) Nordic.

Agree that I've seen various efforts to catalog bags + colorways offered, not that I can recall where they are now... One proxy might be to note when certain colors came out (e.g. Fjord, Zest) or were discontinued (original Nordic; Solar), and cross-reference that with when certain bags or accessories were released. Though that might not help with something as long-standing as PCSBs!

Alternately, you could scan Flickr or Instagram (starting with TB's accounts, but also other people's) for a particular bag, and see if you spot it in the color you are looking for. (I wouldn't necessarily limit the search to the color name, as sometimes people just say "red" instead of Iberian, or don't tag with the color at all.) Also, as you may already have noticed, TB used to refer to its Halcyon fabric as Dyneema (the most popular brand name for the fiber), so that's another possible search term.
