In another thread a similar question came up with regard to the Guide's Pack which is similar to the SG 33. I took some pictures to illustrate how the Side Kick fits into the top pocket of the Guide's Pack. I guess that for the SG 23 you might have to squeeze the Side Kick a little bit...

    Thanks, this does help!

    Shadow guide V2!
The 525d ballistic nylon looks slick! Big Grin

Would the Shadow guide V2 include the laptop cache loops in the main compartment like V1?
Unfortunately my laptop seems to be too large to fit in the dedicated laptop compartment.
    (It fits in 17B cache)
However, if it comes with the laptop cache loops like V1, it may fit in the 33L version.

Someone asked the same question a few days ago, and Darcy said V2 doesn't have cache loops.

I am super excited for the new back panel design! Especially when combined with the laptop compartment.

I wouldn't be getting one in the near future, but might consider one in a year or two if it came in a blue of some shade. It does look great.

I will probably go for 23l and used it as EDC. Question. Will it fit my 12.83" x 9.57" x 0.71" laptop?

    Shadow Guide?

@Darcy is there still going to be a raffle for forum members to win a chance to test pre production models prior to the early November release date?

Bumping this to see if there’s any update on raffling bags off for testing purposes/initial reviews.

Ironically I think my chances are better left to random chance than they will be trying to make it to checkout on the debut day!

Yes! I just posted the thread! https://forums.tombihn.com/general-b...uide-33-a.html

(Was going to post earlier but Ichiro insisted we go for a walk.)
Have a question? @Darcy (to make sure I see it)

Current carry: testing new potential materials in the form of Original Large Shop Bags.

OK, another laptop fit question on the 23L (at 33L, I think I'm best off sticking with the organization of the Synik for my expected uses):

    14" Dell Latitude: 9.13 x 13.19 x 0.76 inches

I think I'm going to pass because I have so many other wonderful bags, but it's so tempting in Ursa! If my work laptop won't fit, I can rest easy that I am _not_ meant to have this pack!

My company issued laptop is a Lenovo that measures 14.5 inches x 9.7 inches x 0.75 inches thick.

The SG 33 is too long for me.

A screenshot from the backend of our website. We all know the details of the upcoming Shadow Guide by now, but can you imagine what a Guide Ghost backpack would be like?! And just in time for Halloween!

(will also answer those laptop fit questions soon!)
