If an arctic dessert island: apple crumble, sticky toffee pudding, custard.

I would bring a large pocket knife, headlamp, and a lighter.

I would bring something to desalinate water, a tarp to make a temporary shelter, and some sort of multitool with a spork attachment to eat all of the delicious desserts.

A desert island sounds pretty boring, so I'd bring cheesecake, rum-raisin ice cream, and one of those everlasting gobstoppers.
