I tried Chrome, Safari and Edge and don't see the photo. I made sure ad-blockers and pop-up blockers were turned off.
I do see this in Chrome (via Developer tools).

Worked for me. Taiga is pretty. Reminds me of steel from the old days. I was sad when steel was retired.
I've tried in Firefox and Safari, and it isn't working for me.
A30 in original halcyon/wasabi. Side Kick in verde/northwest sky and cloud/viridian, Pop Tote in Mars Red and Nebulous Grey, Travel Cubelet in Mars Red, Viridian and Grass, A30 packing cube backpack in northwest sky, large travel tray in sitka, packing cubes, pouches and cubelets
It didn't work for me (and i can't handle the suspense!) I am signed up for emails, and logged into my account. No ad blockers, have reloaded the page. I'm on mobile so maybe that's why?

I went through this on my iPad. I usually read the forums with TapaTalk, and if I set myself into web view from TapaTalk and use the link Darcy gave to go to the sign-up page (step 1), then I don’t see the box for entering the email address. On the other hand, if I execute her instructions from either Safari or Chrome on my iPad, log into my account (as opposed to the forums) in step 2, then go to view the product page in step 3, I see the image. My only comment is that I think the picture of 200d taiga makes it look paler than it is in real life, so I don’t think of it quite like Steel in the old days as @Walker describes, and there isn’t as large a contrast between 200d Taiga and 400dTaiga as I see in the image. But I’ll have to try viewing the picture on other devices to check.
Worked for me on my iPad - thanks! Taiga looks nice! @Walker mentioned Steel, but Taiga looks a lot more green on my screen. Can’t wait to see more pictures in different light.
Yes, can see it on my desktop using Safari.
I am mentally referring to this as sage already.

@1gsky, @gqb - I took another look on my laptop (using chrome browser).
Indeed there is a hint of green for the Taiga 400d, particularly viewed from the side. The 200d, however, still looks like a “lighter” steel.
I searched for “taiga” definition online: “coniferous forest” of the subarctic region with permanently frozen soil beneath. So the greenish (400d) and light shade (409d) makes sense.
We are going to have fun describing Taiga when it comes around!
@Darcy : Doesn’t work for me, which is frustrating because I’m signed up for the newsletter and bag giveaway, but haven’t received any emails (though I’ve scoured my junk folder etc.). Can you check for my email address and sign up? When I go to the sign up page it says I’m signed up, but I still haven’t received anything. I didn’t really care to pursue it because, well, I could live without the newsletter and bag giveaway, but now that it may affect my ability to pre-order, that’s a different story. Help!
PM sent, too...
Update: Works for me now. Matthew at TB followed up and worked some magic...thanks!
