Availability info! We made an effort to make a large quantity of each bag in each color combination, so we don't think any of them will sell out quickly. That said, there's limited edition Halcyon 400d and 200d colors available in these various bags.... and, as some of you know, we may be facing a Halcyon shortage this summer due to supplier-side issues and long waits at the port. If you're interested in some of those limited edition Halcyon colors, you needn't rush, but you may want to place an order sooner rather than later.

We'll be ready to share more news soon as we're currently planning our March pre-order. It's getting pretty big (we might actually have to remove a few bags/save them for a future pre-order) and full of bold color, so it's going to be a fun one to take photos of.

Excited about the Ghost Whales getting restocked. Been wanting to try some of them out for awhile.

Questions about the "pre-order:" how does it differ compared to a regular restock exactly? Like are certain bag models or color combos only available as pre-orders? Do pre-orders get mailed out sooner? I just want to try and coordinate since I want to try and make a bulk order soon-ish with everything coming out, but I also don't want to miss out on something if it's only going to be available and small quantities.

That's a good question.

Pre-order = you order it, we make it, and that usually takes 3-6 weeks or so.
Restock = the bags are made and we add that inventory to our website. When/if a color or bag sells out, it's sold out until we make more and restock it again. Restocks ship sooner because the bags are already made.

If you have a pre-order that hasn't yet shipped, you can easily add restock items to that pre-order. We assume you'll want us to hold everything and ship it together, but there's also an option for you to purchase additional shipping if you'd like the in-stock items to be shipped sooner.

We make and offer a ton of different designs, colors, and fabrics for a company our size, and that means it's going to take a little while before we can reach our goal of having most bags in-stock and available for order at any given time. While we're working towards that goal, we are offering both pre-orders (monthly or semi-monthly) and restocks (twice a month or more) to help us get there in the most efficient way possible and also give folks a chance to order the bags that they've very patiently been waiting for.

Nik's Wallet #2 was the least popular version/style offered, so we decided to retire it so we could make more of #1, #3, and #4.

Synapse 19/Synik 22 and Synapse 25/Synik 30 Freudian Slips will be restocked 2/26.
Other Freudian Slips (Cafe Bags, Maker's, etc.) will be restocked in March or available for pre-order.

Although the #2 Nik’s Wallet is no longer listed, up to the time they removed it from the product page they had remaining wallets in this version in Grass and Viridian. So my guess is that if you’re interested in the #2 in either of these colors, you can get in touch with Customer Service to buy one. I happen to use one of these in Viridian to keep my Global Entry card and airline loyalty cards with my passport. You can't...

Pre-orders bag type & fabric combo are decided by TB ahead of time, opened up for ordering in a window of time, and then that pre-order closes and TB gets to making those bags.

There was a pre-order of 13 bags in early February, so that's what Darcy is referring to. The system allows us as buyers to add an in stock bag to that preorder and hold the shipping so that it's one cost - or pay for the second set of shipping to have the in stock bag(s) ship out.

The Synapse 25s will be restocked (vs a pre-order) on Friday this week at 7am Pacific time. If you want a color combo that isn't listed as in stock or in production for the S25, you can always ask for it in Wish List thread and TB will take note of how many people seem to want a particular combo.

Definitely keep asking questions, it's a little confusing if you're new here
