My camera did put in a bit of a blue hue here... But it looks great (or so I think) in real live too. Maybe my other pictures come out more accurate but they still have to wait...

    PS: I love this!

    You meant this?

I grabbed this from the blog -- not up on the product page images yet.

It's why I didn't guess the new color from the B&W teaser Darcy put up of the Swift with UV yarn stuff sack:

(These pictures aren't up yet on those product pages for me).

That ballistic Burnt Orange would look lovely with a steel interior (or, in my dream world, a dark blue dyneema). But I'm shocked to see it paired with UV!

On the other hand, I've always loved yellow/purple combos, so maybe orange/purple will grow on me...

@ceepee, The Burnt Orange ballistic nylon looks darker in real life than in the pics -- it's something about the way the textured Ballistic Nylon reflects light compared to the Cordura fabric. I thought that the small Q-Kit accessory would be a good replacement for the retired Kiwi, but Burnt Orange ballistic really isn't as bright.

I'm trying BO for the first time (maybe, in the Small Q-kit). I'm not usually an orange lover so jury is out!

I'm looking forward to 'real life' pics of the Burnt Orange Swift. The combo is really interesting, but I have to admit that Orange 152 is more my thing than Burnt Orange. Not biting on anything in BOB yet!

Pokilani my bad, I meant adalangdon and her very interesting colorcombo in a cafe bag. Sorry for mixing it up.

Haha, thanks for thinking of me. I think part of the reason I feel quite weirded out by Burnt Orange ballistic is because I'm so used to associating earth tones with Cordura. But you are right, I like the idea of orange/purple.

You know what would be really nice? A Burnt Orange/UV LS... /sigh
