Haha! It's probably an all-too-familiar story: someone comes in search of a great backpack, finds one, and then stays for all the handy pouches and totes and such (and the occasional vacation packing tips).

If it's something they get requests for every week (if not every day), I imagine it would probably be the Smart Alec. I've always seen sustained interest in that one, and people coming to the forums to inquire about its availability.
