Hm I think either of those options would need another attachment point (like the webbing loops on a lot of TB backs to accept the gatekeeper waist strap) that the Pilot lacks. You might be able to sew some webbing loops onto the sides of the pilot and then you could use the gatekeeper.

I use the super-mini as a minimalist wallet I clip to my keychain! 10.2” is definitely too tall. It’s funny you posted this; just today I was myself shopping for a new water bottle to go in my co-pilot! I feel particularly well informed on what will and will not fit.

In case anyone was just SLAVERING FOR AN UPDATE!
The SCB didn’t work at all for my work needs (weirdly too small even though it was bigger than my SK???) but the co-pilot was BEYOND perfect. Totally in love with it. Carries everything I had in my SK plus my tablet plus my water bottle...
