What bag/accessories are you carrying (items + colors)?
Synapse 19 Black Halcyon/Island Halcyon for travel (yes, as a one backpack travel to avoid Spirit, etc. airline fees) and
    Small Cafe Bag, Black Halcyon
(I am trying to downsize my TB collection to 2 items, but am having a difficult time deciding between the Small Cafe Bag, the Packing Cube Shoulder Bag, the Side Effect, and the Side Kick. All are in black Halcyon.)
    What are you reading?
Killer Germs: Microbes and Diseases that Threaten Humanity by Barry Zimmerman
(part of my "summer fun read" while I'm not at school)
What are you watching (TV, movies, theatre, etc.)?
New season of House of Cards + soccer, soccer, soccer.
    What are you listening to?
My Spotify is filled with Sting, The Beatles, and some current pop music too.

What travel destinations are on the horizon for you?
Oregon for the eclipse in August.
Bonus Question #1: What is your favorite non-TB travel item?
I don't want to consider it my favorite thing, but it's the one thing I always travel with - my LG G5 cellphone. The wide angle lens is great for taking pictures of vistas and wide landscapes. A close second is my travel Buff. Both a sentimental gift and it comes in handy in so many ways.
Bonus Question/Imperative #2: Recommend a restaurant, cafe, or bar in your home city (or a city you know well).
Long Beach CA is a relative culinary desert; however if you want the world's best banh mi ouside of Vietnam, may I suggest the Saigon Bakery at 8940 Westminster Blvd., in Westminster CA. I also recently ate at Lou Malnati's in Chicago, best pizza I've ever had.

    Cooking: Curried Couscous
Drinking: Cowpoke Porter from (local brewery) Rants & Raves

What travel destinations are on the horizon for you?

Probably not many soon, while the kids is in school, though as soon as I have a chance I've always wanted to visit Bhutan.

Bonus Question #1: What is your favorite non-TB travel item?

I'd say my MSI GS43VR, 14" gaming laptop that does everything but weighs four pounds and takes up less space than all but the smallest MacBooks.

Avoiding gadgets I'd go with a Klean Kanteen Reflect all stainless steel and bamboo water bottle. Great for normal use, works well with a SteriPen, and since it has no plastic or pain anywhere you can even use it to boil water in an emergency.

Bonus Question/Imperative #2: Recommend a restaurant, cafe, or bar in your home city (or a city you know well).

Well, Rants & Raves in Moscow ID, good food and great house beer.

I could've recommended quite a few in Seattle but it's been about a decade since I lived there and pretty much everything has been plowed under for more condos since then.
