Plane Change time in Hong Kong

    Hello, all...

Have a business trip to Manila coming up and the only flights I can find (that take less than 40+hours!) give me an hour and a half in Hong Kong to change planes coming from Toronto and going to Manila.

Does anyone have experience one way or another about whether this is enough time?

    Thanks for any insight...

Are the two flights booked on one airline ticket? If so it will satisfy the minimum connection time limits. This is of course provided that the flight into HKG is on time. But if on one ticket you have some protection if there should be problems and new onward bookings are needed. Personal experience with connections through Hong Kong (on one ticket) is that just over an hour has been without any problem.

Thanks, BigBadD... Yes, it’s one ticket to get me there and one to come home again. The last time I went through HGK, I’d been on a plane for thirteen hours and it was around 3 in the morning. The only thing I remember is following people and having a “transfer” sticker slapped onto my shoulder. Ergo, no real memory of it whatsoever... Thanks again...
