Soft food like pastry and sushi take out in Seattle.

I have spent last year experimenting with food that are soft to chew and at the same time keep to the stomach.

I concluded that rice based is a must, but Chinese food is too salty.

Pasties, soft cakes, are also a must to be happy but must be taken to go. No more Cafe time for me.

Other cuisines suggestions that are rice based and have delivery options are welcomed.

Last year, I had the worse Italian food delivered and the little brochure at the hotel has only tourist traps places.

    Please help!
