If she only has USB devices to charge, I suggest this one that comes with the adapter needed for all three countries. It's the one I use.

With this she can leave all her other chargers at home but will need the cables.

Mind you, it's been more than 15 years since I reliably traveled to Europe, but back in my day, I used to just travel with 1 or 2 of these:
https://www.amazon.ca/Ceptics-Adapte...096815&sr=8-17
Mind you, those only work if your device can accept the 2somthingish (220, 230, 240) voltage of the particular country you're travelling to, and the appropriate hertz, 50 or 60. As long as they do, you can use a nice compact adapter like this. Thankfully, even though it was the early 00's, all my devices at the time did. Back then, they all had their own propriety wall chargers. Now a days, with the standardization (kind of) of USB, I just travel with this:
https://www.amazon.ca/Native-Union-S...2FZJ0M5G0&th=1
It's the most compact USB travel charger I've been able to find, and according to it's specs, it does handle anywhere from 120-240V and 50/60 Hz. But I as I haven't been to Europe since 2004, take my advice with a grain of salt. I've only used that USB adapter in Canada/USA. Frank's advice is probably more current.
Thanks to Frank II and Kaadk, your advice is much appreciated!
You can use the same plug in all three countries. I live in Norway and traveled through Denmark and Sweden last summer, and all I used was the charger that came with my iPad. So if you just need USB an adapter they can be found pretty much everywhere on arrival. Like this one. Or something like this from Amazon.
The new Anker 65W PowerPort Atom III Slim is tiny and light (due to swapping out silicon for gallium nitride) and will charge USB-C PD devices at 45W, which mean it can even replace many laptop chargers.
Three additional USB ports can fast-charge at a total of 20W at the same time.
Add the correct cable for Scandinavia and she’s set, both are available from Amazon:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07TC1MJR4/
(I live in Sweden and have purchased these exact items, both pictured below.)

Thank you Pahs and Moose! The links and photos are so helpful!
The CARD Travel Adapter 4-Pro adapts to all plugs, has USB out and battery pack.

I buy the plug adaptors from Rick Steves website. They are $1 each. They are small and compact. We used them for a month all over Europe and they worked great. Did I mention they were $1 each?

Yeah, just go with the Rick Steves one, and her own chargers will work fine. No need for anything fancy these days, I haven't seen a single-voltage wall adapter in decades.
Adaptors don't convert electricity they just change the type of plug needed. There is no such thing as a single voltage wall adapter. It's just an adaptor.
Now, if it also has a charger built in, then it is more than just an adapter.
The ones from Rick Steves are simple adapters.

@Moose , thank you so much for posting this! I have an older (larger) version of that Anker charger and I'm going to get that cable for it. It will make int'l travel with my laptop easier to have a more compact cord situation.![]()
