Had a delicious meal at Vilantro Vitao this evening! Lots of vegan, organic choices, including a nice variety of raw vegan desserts...

It was even within walking distance of our hotel!

I've been to their juice bar. @Ilkyway, that place is right around the corner from where we stayed in case you need to narrow down where maverick is staying to carry out your bag heist.

Tofu-tomoato-spinach sandwich and a Savory Pancake with arugula, tomoato, cucumber, avocado, and hummus! Both vegan! :)

I really liked the tofu sandwich! The pancake was yummy, but it was deep fried, so it was just too much!

I scrolled back just to find the photo of the tofu, etc. after reading this comment. Wow. If only we had a place like that over here! :( (I eat meat but am not crazy about it.)
