    The Vertical Freudian Slips

The prinicple of all of them is obvios: add organisation either to the bag they are each made for or, if they fit, to any other bag you want to use them in.

All of them have these features in common:
    - Pen (or other longish items) pockets
    - Phone Pocket(s) (all Slips can accomodate an iPhone Six + sized phone with a not too thin case)
    - Flat open sleves on the backside (all can accomodate an iPad mini sized object) in which most hold A4 or Letter sized paper
    - a Loop on top to pull the FS out of a bag or hang it from a shelf or...
    - they all are padded with some sort of foam inside so the bigger ones could even double as a seat if need arises and the underground is cold ;-)

Some have (exapt the Brain Bag/Smart Alec and the Synapse19 FS):
-a zipped pocket (in some cases two). The zipped pocket they (apart from see above) all have runs down the hole size of the FS on the backside (which to me is the side with the top open sleeve-pockets)
-the full lenth/width zipped pockes all have two O-Rings inside

Most have (exapt the Small Care Bag one
    - Two havey dutey mesh pockets in the frond with extra material sewn in with fould so that these pockets can hold thicker objects.

Two have (the Smal Care Bage FS and the Synapse 25 FS
    - a second zipped pocket on the front that does not run the full lengs of the Slip

Some thoughts on useing a smaller FS in a bag that also could hold a bigger one. For example the Medium Care Bag FS in the backpacks.
    - Most bags I use can accomodate the Medium Care Bag FS. So I only have to fill it once and can switch out bags easily.
    - Useing the smalles possible FS that one needs to organize the bits and bops one needs to organize leves more room for other items and saves on weight.
    - It is costeffective to have a most versitail FS than to have one for each bag.

Here is a picture of all the vertical Freudian Slips pilled up so you might get a feeling for the different sizes:

Throughout the forum there are so many great threads with pictures of all thes FSs in different uses/bags. I try and link as many as I can find in the next post.

OK we all know, who is the real wizzard with the search-engine and who has the way better memori (waving at moriond here) so I leve it at this for now. I am using my Medium Care Bag sized FS for a week now, so not yet a long-term review possible. But so far I like it, esspecialy, that I can find things without looking because everything has its place.
