Red face I love my LCB! My first Tom Bihn bag!

My wonderful Boston girls (best pals from my 20-something decade in Boston), knowing of my obsession with my dog, sent me a Citizen Canine for my birthday. It was so well made and beautiful, but I couldn't imagine that it would get much use. We don't use treats for training, and the bag itself seemed small. So I began looking at the Tom Bihn website and reading forum posts and fell in love with the Large Cafe Bag. I called the nice people at Tom Bihn, returned the Citizen Canine and was issued a gift certificate credit which I used to get the LCB in linen/navy. It's gorgeous and perfect, and this is coming from someone with at least 20 totebags (mainly of the free-conference giveaway or bookstore-advertising variety).
I'm a high-school English teacher, and I thought the LCB would be perfect for carrying papers and planbook and gradebook and journal (and passes and band aids), all the stuff that used to get tossed in to my school-issued laptop bag and jostle around all day. I love that the bag is vertical, that things stay put, that it is comfortable to carry, that I no longer have to carry a huge bag when I go to cafeteria duty or have to vacate my classroom because another teacher's class is in it, that I am never searching around for hall passes or a pen because there they always are, each in its own perfect spot. It is so well-made and thoughtfully designed and so attractive!
It comfortably carries my nightly grading pile, my journal, and my wallet. It is NOT too big. My things are in no way swimming in it. I cannot recommend it highly enough, and I am grateful to my friends for introducing me to this company. My wish-list is growing!
(And you can see that Izzy approves of the bag too!)

As a fellow teacher, I appreciate the desire to find the perfect bag. I had never thought of the LCB as an option until now ...... after seeing these pics, it's suddenly on my wish list. Thanks!
