Nice video. I'm curious about your travels. Is this what you take for a normal holiday/vacation or is this for long term travel? Either way, excellent packing!
Perhaps I missed it, but I didn't see any rain gear. I always bring a rain jacket and rain hat. Occasionally I toss in rain pants, too. I know some people use an umbrella. What do you use?

This is the video/review that really helped me make my choice between the S19 and the S25: after watching you unpack your bag I could see that the few litres of extra capacity in the S25 were just what I needed.
