Like you, I couldn't find anyone who had done this either, so I set out to figure it out on my own. I finally decided on using One Note on my iPad Air because I could change the background to the grid layout which is what my analog bullet journal has.

Granted, it's not quite there yet, and I had gone back to my analog version, but I am holding out for Apple Pencil being brought over to be used on the next round of iPhones. That could be what gets me to switch over to a digital journal permanently. If that happens I'll have a great idea from Meglet to house the setup too.
