There is something nice about carrying a briefcase in your hand. The small size of the Co-Pilot specially lends itself to being carried by the top handle, I think. Ditto for the Daylight Briefcase.

I have been thinking -- I think I would like a cross between the Founder's Briefcase, the Co-Pilot/Pilot / the Cadet and the Daylight Briefcase. :)

What I mean by that is --
    * the styling of the Founder's Briefcase
    * the size of the Daylight Briefcase
    * but with a place to carry a bottle, like you can with the Pilot/Co-Pilot
    * the grab handles of the Cadet
    * the phone pocket sized to hold an iPhone 7, the way that the Cadet has

Boarding now, more on this later... :)

Hahahah! You just described my OLD canvas Lands' End briefcase from 30 years ago. I still have it. It's indestructible, and they just don't make 'em like they used to.

BWeaves-I still have one of those vintage Lands End briefcases too. Mine is navy, still functional, only a bit faded in some areas. It's heavier than comparable TB bags and mine is not as water resistant as I would like it to be for regular use. :-)
Lots of assorted purples, some blues, and a bit of black: 2S19, 5SE, 2WF, MCB, SCB, Imago, 2S, LS, TT, K, 2QC, 5 3D, 4WFSBPC, 2WFBPPC, FJNB, 4Wallets, 4LSB, 2SSB, DLBP, Pilot, Assorted sacks, packing cubes, organizer pouches, key straps :-)
