SYNIK - PLEASE ADD LASH POINTS

Pleeeeeese!!!!!! I am currently using an eBay Smart Alec. I’m able to clip my Thermarest sleeping pad: a featherweight travel essential -with the compression straps. (BTW-Thermarest=sleep in airports; adds structure to bad mattresses, seating pad, beach pad, etc.)

There is absolutely no good reason why a few lash loops can’t be conveniently included strategically around the bag. Even just at the bottom-anybody remember lashing a sleeping bag to the exterior bottom of a framed backpack? Plenty of uses: flip flops, tripod, walking poles, monopod, bulky jacket.

God forbid we should be able to rig a bungee chord on the outside of the bag! We’re talking about perfecting a minimalist, one bag travel tool. Come on guys.

I think you can actually lash some things at the bottom of current Sn22/30
by a little hack: lashing from the bottom loop (dedicated to the guardian light) to the side loops (dedicated to the hip belt)
I may try it if you want (though it will be on a GSE25 which has already dedicated lash points... whose I won't use for the example ;))

They're planning to offer a Guide's Edition Synik next year according to this post from Darcy, and that would have a few of those diamond attachment points. @oldmanlaurence, are you familiar with the Guide's Edition Synapses and how they differ from the regular Synapses?
