no, the sun doesn’t always shine but that doesn’t affect the beauty of the landscape...

Blodgett Canyon Overlook near Hamilton, MT. A beautiful hike. It was a bit hazy today due to smoke in surrounding areas.

Where did your TB bag go lately

My bag went apple picking and through the corn maze this weekend.

If you’re wondering, the Luminary 15 fits just shy of a full peck of apples, and carries a lot more comfortably than those drawstring plastic bags most orchards provide.

My DLBP was pretty happy to hang out on the beach at Georgian Bay, Ontario, while we played in the sand and water!

    Thanks!

These pictures were taken at Jonamac Orchard in Malta, Illinois (near Northern Illinois University and DeKalb).

If you live in Chicago or the suburbs, it’s probably the closest place to get out and pick apples in the country (along with Goebbert’s in Pingree Grove, IL).

This weekend started out with a hike of the Mt. Randall Loop at Warren Dunes State Park in Michigan...

...and finished with hiking a couple local county forest preserves [back home in Illinois] on Sunday afternoon.

Tonight we went to the Supreme Court to pay our respects to RBG. Thank you, Justice Ginsburg.
