What are these straps and pieces for?

I own two Aeronaut 45s and one Daylight Backpack. I'm trying to figure out what these pieces are for. I'm thinking the straps are a waist strap for the Aeronaut, but I remember that being a separate purchase and I don't think I bought it. Did the little bags of things come with my Daylight? Thanks!

The straps are waist straps, they are included in the bigger bag purchases, the little baggies have pull ties for the zippers.

Thanks! And searching "pull ties" turned up this handy video showing how to install them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-sNCViV3qw

snip off the zipper pulls with side cutters. i ordered various colors of para cord from para cord planet in size 325 (must be 40 choices) your hardware store has tubes of heat shrink tubes for electrical connections. the tubes fit over the strings and shrink tight when you hit them with a heat gun. you have to be careful with a heat gun, you can damage your bag easily with one. I poked a hole in some foil and pulled the strings through it and then i made a hole in two old rags and pulled the cord through them also. you will have to experiment with lengths of cord and the shrink material you can shrink it with a lighter also. I just left enough on the ends so i could add the TB pull tabs. its clean, quiet and works a bit better than it did before.
