Daylight Backpack + 15" MacBook Pro

We're going to Fort Meyers Beach next weekend and instead of carrying on my Synapse 25, I was looking at the DLBP for more of a vacation EDC bag.

Will a 2019 15" MacBook Pro with cache fit in the main compartment of the DLBP? I worry that the straps will not be super comfortable given the weight of the laptop. Thanks for any help

I have put a couple of different 14-inch laptops in a DLBP, but I don't have any 15-inch laptops. That said, it looks like any Cache size up to 15C (which would hold a 2016 MBP 15 or MBP 16) should fit handily in the main compartment and could probably even be tucked into the lower elastic pocket up against your back.

With regards to weight-bearing--I have carried 10-to-15-pound loads in a DLBP. The straps are wide enough that they didn't really "cut" my shoulder area, but it would certainly have been *more* comfortable with padded straps.

I have a massive Dell Precision 7530 15.6” workstation notebook in a sleeve. It fits well in my DLBP.
