I do not have a Snake Charmer so I cannot say definitively yes but based on the dimensions, it should fit fine.
Also, I tried fitting something I have that is of similar size (Side Effect) and it fit fine.

    Hope this helps

    Cheers!

Edit - just tried it with a Standard Spiff Kit (9.5 x 5.7) and it fits perfectly. The Snake Charmer with it's extra 1" length should be fine too. In fact, when I measured the Spiff Kit width, it was around ~10-10.5" wide stuffed.

I just checked (two PCSBs and my navy Snack Chamber ;-)) it works great as tpnl has guessed it would. You can even have a Size 1 Stuff Sack next to the Snake Charmer. And the hole front pannel of the S25 is still free.
Sadly my Laptop is in "hospital" right now. If I can fugure out how to post pictures from my iPad I will do so later.

Awesome photos, yes this is the way to go for me. Many options, one bag.

Yeah, I think stuffing a #1 stuff sack in there would be apropos.

I also think I can stuff my 11" MacBook Air(in sleeve) in stretchy pocket of main compartment.
