Agree 100%. Most other travel brands have now included some sort of strap management. Minaal, etc.

I've said it before and I will say it again... the WF is the best bag in the travel lineup! Especially for us business travelers.
I don't think it resembles the A45 too much.... More of a direct copy of the Timbuk2 Wander Pack.
Sounds like this could be huge for the one bag crowd! Something that is like a WF (best bag ever) but better competes with true one bags like the Minaal, AER, Peak Design, Nomadic, and others would...
X1 Carbon fits without issue in a DLBC. I used to have a Gen 5 or Gen 6. And I agree.... The DLBC is a gem in the lineup and a very popular bag for the one baggers to stow!
Count me in the crowd that much prefers the newer design. The fold in flap took up a considerable amount of space in a bag and the zipper is much more streamlined. That being said I still think the...
Agree 100%. I think the WF is the best bag in the lineup due to the slightly wider openings than the TS. I can also pack nearly the same amount of clothes in a WF as my A45 so add me to the list!
thanks, I appreciate the reply!
Anyone have a Surface Go and purchased a cache? It looks like the iPad Pro cache would work. I did a quick search and couldn't find anything. Sometimes the dimensions leave a bit more to be...
I travel weekly with my Western Flyer and often fly in ERJ's and CRJ's. The WF easily fits under the seat in front of me and as others have mentioned it fits in all overheads easily. It is by far...
I have a 5 day trip to California coming up and should be able to use the WF for everything. This will include work wear, exercise clothes, shoes, laptop in a DLBC, etc. Looking forward to it!
That would probably be the perfect bag!
I also found the WF to be a much better bag than the TS due to the two big sections rather than 3 small sections. I can pack about the same mount of clothes, fit shoes much more easily, and still...
Old Tumi user here. I much prefer Tom Bihn and other brands. Two of my Tumi cases started to split at the seams within a couple of years. The inside fabrics they used were sub par. I had an Alpha...
The Black Halcyon is a keeper! The Nordic ended up looking purple in some light which I really didn't care for and the French Blue Cordura was going to collect too much dust, dirt, etc. I do have...
I feel your pain! The Synapse does take a little while to get used to. I have found that you need to be a bit more diligent with how you pack it and what accessories you use.
The Snake Charmer...
I ordered a Black Halycon / Iberian and a Nordic Halycon / Iberian. I have to see them in person before I choose which one to keep! My order was placed around 9am EST.
I use a Pilot as a briefcase and for me it is perfect. I tried the Cadet, Makers Bag, and a few others but nothing beats the Pilot for how much you can carry in how little of a package.
Front...
Without a doubt, yes! I also have a Pilot and it is a great laptop bag. For me it is better than the Cadet and also the DLBC. However, with the cache and the top flap a good portion of the useable...
Not a bad plan! I love my WF and have used it for 24 hour tips all the way to 96 hour trips. Check out my review below:

I agree completely! The extra .5" the WF provides over the Tri Star enables you to pack shoes and bulkier items much easier. If the Tri Star had that extra .5" on the outside pockets it would be a...
Thanks for the post! I also thought that the TriStar would be nice but honestly I think the WF is doing the job just fine. If I was going to carry even more clothes I would probably just take my...
Rather than post another thread I decided to do a follow up review of the Western Flyer. This past week I had a 4 day 3 night trip to San Francisco for work. I decided to one bag the trip with the...
Greetings!
Long time lurker first time poster. My experience with Tom Bihn started a couple of years ago when I ordered a Cadet. Sadly, the Cadet didn't work for me so it got returned. I then...
