It's trite, but it's Rudy.
That's all going to depend on you, and how you define "economically packed." I've lived out of an A45 for 3.5 weeks, and could've probably done it in an a30, too. So, for a weekend bag, they're both...
I appreciate the ability to make video calls, so that I can at least see family during the holidays.
Next to nil, based on prior comments. It doesn't fit the work flow and leads to inefficiency.
To disclose my biases, I normally use an A45, S22, and side kick. I tried to like the SG33, but it just doesn't fit my packing/carrying style. Sometimes the A45 feels too big and the S22 is too...
I'm very pleased with the v4 flannel mask. The previous masks I've primarily worn were the v1 mask and some surgical masks.
The v4 mask was very formfitting; more than any other masks I've used, I...
I would bring three things: books, books, and more books. How many books fit into a 33L bag? I'll be happy to test :)
A flannel mask sounds very interesting, especially as we approach cooler months.
Over the past week, I've learned to appreciate the resilience of people who have no reason to be resilient. I work...
IMO, that will depend on the items you intend to put into the space. Small items will probably get lost in the space, whereas larger items which fill the space well will probably not need any...
See earlier response:
ETA: dangit, G42, you're always faster than me. :(
I think its an unwise choice on a plane. When stowed beneath a seat, items in the bag will fall out. Bags for any type of travel need to have a zippered opening, imo.
I'm despondent that deep blue 525 doesn't perfectly match navy 1050 (and the solar/Solaris change makes me shudder.) Too ocd, I guess, but change is a part of life :/
Better matchy-matchy than clashy-clashy.
Weight and unnecessary durability.
As @G42 mentioned, clothing weight and type is very subjective. Wouldn't it be simpler to weigh all of the items you intend to take with you, and then compute the total baggage weight with each of...
No undergarments, socks, or footwear? Wild! But I travel with shoes and keep my A45. ;-)
Google "open zipper with pen." Never again will you trust zippers.
I detest most corporate logos, yet I love Tom bihns. To each their own.
Your experience is very different from mine. I've always found that stuffed socks didn't fill the space effectively enough to prevent the shoe from being deformed in a bag during travel, not to...
I hate to do it, but I always use shoe trees for 'real' shoes. They're comparatively heavy, but I've not found any other solution to prevent being smashed and keeping the shoe's shape. Plus, as I use...
I wouldn't pack good shoes without protection (both for the shoes and the bag.) You can use any of the cubes that G42 mentioned; however, I prefer something more protective like a real shoe bag. I...
Regarding bag size, personally, I would just under-pack and take the chance, but only you can determine if the extra bag width is an acceptable risk.
10kg is quite a bit. I would definitely try to...
That's the exact opposite of my point of view, actually. I like seeing older designs so I can sense the changes and design trends as TB bags evolve. Having detailed information of retired designs...
And that's why you don't fully pack it ;-)
It's not as manly as a vintage vietnam-era army rucksack, but I found that having a bag that properly fits the task is a better gauge of masculinity. ymmv.
As G42 mentioned, I think an A30 would...
