I’ve had this too. I did a swap with someone with my 1050d Sidekick for a halcyon 400 Sidekick. I didn’t love the shade of purple of UV but I miss the 1050 ballistic so much.

I have their City Slicker case and really like it. It fits great in my Pilot and Synapse. If I want to use a dock when I travel, I use a Genki Covert Dock to save some space.

I haven't taken mine out yet so I can't comment on the fabric specifically, but the cobalt color is amazing! It's like a darker island with some black sand mixed in.
